Background of Larry Piggott:
- Period 1973-1979 – Cadet Engineer with Pine Rivers Shire Council (now Moreton Bay Regional Council), graduated as a Bachelor of Engineering from QUT Brisbane at the end of 1979.
- Period 1980-1992 – Engineer with George Bourne and Associates, Barcaldine. Work experience :

Background of Dave Kranske:
- Commenced his career as a Civil Cad Technician with CARDNO (Maroochydore) in 1999.
- Joined Greenhaven Projects (GHP) in 2004.
- Remains with GHP and has advanced to Senior Civil Designer where he is self motivated and continually expanding his knowledge and skills.
- Skilled, proficient and competent with AUTOCAD and 12D model computer programmes.
- Design and drafting of roadworks, stormwater drainage, water, sewerage, bulk earthworks, bio-retention and detention basins, 3D modelling and associated tasks of all developments where GHP is engaged.
- Prepares quantity take-offs for input into Tender documents.
- Preparation of practical and economical subdivision lot layouts maximising lot yield when the need arises.
- Interacts amicably and effectively within Consultant teams for development projects.
